I was expecting it to take a bit longer, so I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up fast. For what I needed, the timing worked out great, and I didn’t run into any issues with the delivery.

I didn’t have the patience for this site. The menus kept freezing on me, and checkout was way more confusing than it needed to be. I just wanted to place my order and be done with it...

I tried ordering a few things, but half of them were listed as out of stock, and a couple looked available until I actually tried to check out. That was frustrating after spending time browsing. I also ended up going in circles with support, where they kept pointing me back to the same stock info that clearly wasn’t accurate. The site really needs to keep inventory updated better. I gave up in the end.

I got my order through in the end, so it wasn’t a big deal. But yeah… the checkout was kind of slow. Then I had to type my details in again, which was annoying. I also waited a few minutes for the confirmation email, and for a second I wasn’t sure if it had actually gone through. Not a terrible experience or anything. Just feels like it could be smoother and a bit clearer.

I tried to pay and the payment failed twice, but somehow I still got charged. Super frustrating, especially when you’re stuck dealing with some automated system that just sends you in circles instead of actually helping. Not okay at all.

I tried using the promo code, and the discount showed up at first, but then it just disappeared when I got to checkout. I reached out to support and never heard back, which feels unfair. If a discount is advertised, I think it should either work properly or someone should at least help fix it

I’m annoyed with my experience. My order didn’t go the way it should have, and it feels like the store just didn’t take enough care with it. I was expecting a smooth purchase, but they really dropped the ball here. I don’t see myself buying from them again.

I was really disappointed when this arrived because the color looked nothing like the photo. I wish I had paid closer attention to other reviews or looked for customer pictures before ordering.

I wasn’t really convinced this was legit official merch. The description was vague, and I couldn’t find anything that clearly showed it was licensed. having to dig around for proof like that feels unnecessary. I ended up not trusting it and wouldn’t buy unless they make that info way clearer.

I was disappointed with the material. It looked fine online, really looked okay, but once I actually put it on it felt rough and kind of cheap against my skin. It wasn’t soft at all, and after wearing it for just a little while it started to get annoying. I was hoping it would be more comfortable, but it just wasn’t. I don’t think I’d buy clothing from outlanderstore.com again if comfort is what I’m looking for.

I’m still waiting on my order and there’s no real update on when it’s actually arriving. The worst part is getting the same canned apology over and over instead of a clear answer. I don’t need another “sorry for the inconvenience” message, I just want to know where my delivery is.

I’ve washed it twice now and the print still looks really good. Super happy with it so far!

I ordered it because the pictures on the site looked really nice, like clean and kind of put together, you know. I thought I was getting pretty much that same thing.
But when it showed up, it was just not the same feeling at all. The color was off, the material looked cheaper in person, and the fit/details didn’t really match the product photo, which was weird and disappointing. It felt like maybe they used the best possible photo ever, or maybe even a different item, I don’t know.

It was annoying because I bought it basically because of the photo. After this, I wouldn’t really trust the images on outlanderstore.com again.

I was excited to get this, but it showed up with cracked parts and looked like it had already been through a few rounds with someone else. I tried to use it once, because apparently I’m optimistic, and it failed right away. Not exactly the experience I was hoping for.

I don’t know, I just expected a little more for the price. It’s not terrible or anything, but once I got it, I kept thinking, “That’s it?” For what you’re paying, it just doesn’t really feel worth it to me.

I’ve ordered this more than once and the sizing has been really consistent each time which is nice because you know what you’re getting, the only thing is the sleeves run a little long on me but not enough to be a big problem.
